EX-CITE Traning this Weekend!

Shaklee EX-CITE training is taking place this weekend where you can get trained in the process of building an Executive Coordinator business in Shaklee.  I'm sure they're going to focus on the 15 month plan to get your business to Executive Coordinator which pays you about $35,000+ in bonuses.

That's it for now.  We're just so busy!!!!

My Favorite Lunch spot

If you travel to Holland, OH and you stop at Chipotle off Airport Rd, just ask for the Jerry Veggie Bowl. It's actually a Vegan bowl - rice, black beans, grilled onions and green peppers, tomato salsa, corn salsa, red chili salsa, lettuce, and guacamole.  It is enough for a "good full" feeling and it helps clean out your system.  I pretty much just eat for lunch unless I want a special treat of Chinese food for lunch down the street.

It's so hard to find alternatives for a quick lunch that are healthy.  Eating at restaurants are strewn with entrees in lunch portions that are still 1500+ calories on average making McDonalds or Wendys seem healthy.  Which is why I pretty much eat at Chipotle.

A Cinch shake or meal bar in the morning, and either another Cinch shake for lunch or a Jerry Vegan bowl for lunch, plus a nice light dinner makes for a good set of meals for the day.  Add in some bags of nuts and you're good to do day to day.

If you want meat, then definitely stick to the "bowl" version of the burrito.  It's a lot of food so try and just eat half and then take the rest home.  If you can polish off that bowl then you better bet ready to go for a healthy run that night and have an extra light dinner.

Do I get paid to plug Chipotle - I wish.  I eat there so much that I could be there version of Jared.  Except I don't walk there.  And I don't need to lose as much weight as he did.

Eating Healthy on the Go - AM Style

If you're like me, then most mornings you might be running around in the morning without much time to get the ever so important first meal of the day called Breakfast.  I'd love to be able to sit down with ample time to pour a bowl of cereal and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and read a paper.  However, that would mean that I would have also gotten ample sleep the night before starting at an ample time (that doesn't make sense I know).

So do I just skip the meal?  Heck no!  That would mean I would be overly hungry throughout the day and I'd have the afternoon energy crash and could possibly be extra cranky that day.

So how do I get my protein on the run?

Many mornings you can see me driving down M-14 nibbling away at a Shaklee Cinch Meal Bar (plug).  It has tons a protein and is a full meal replacement.  By the way, it's chocolate chip.

If I run out of these bars, and my darling doesn't order them in time, I like to go with a Cliff Bar as a meal replacement.  Those are great too, but pretty high in carbs.  You really want to make sure you're working out regularly if you're going to use Cliff Bars as meal replacements.

So that's how I Eat Healthy on the Go in the morning.  I eat a chocolate chip Shaklee Cinch Meal Bar (plug again).

Best Part is the clean up.  Toss the wrapper in the paper recycling bin - because Shaklee packages their stuff in recyclable stuff.  I just used "stuff" twice.  Ha.
