Yeast cleansing for dudes

I had my first Dr visit with a holistic medical doctor today. My biggest issue has been jock itch. Probably had it since I was 12 years old and have just had to try and deal with it since then. The causes I am finding out is too much yeast in my system. A yeast infection for dudes?? I guess so! So three months of no sugar, yeast treatment meds and other natural products too.
